Back to Florida!

So. I guess this is a bit late. we've been back here (in florida) for a week. ... and I have been taking fewer and fewer photos and sleeping more and more. So selfish! Anyway. We are all so happy to be back in Florida! The weather is one hundred trillion times nicer than Aiken, and (sorry) definitely, definitely better than at home.

The boys are very happy. They didnt even causee a ruckus when we got back they were so happy to be in big fields with green grass. Wynton may have been a little too excited, and had a very serious run in with a mound of fire ants (for the THIRD time). What a smart pony! He is completely fine now, but at the time, was convinced he was dying and his shoulder was no longer attached to his body. Such a silly troll doll pony.

We have exactly two weeks left, and we are savoring every little bit of sun and warm weather we can.

this was the beginning of the action. we think there was a coyote on our tail.... and we turned it, the hounds came out just behind us on the trail, then took off and we got to do some serious whippin' !

ok. so i admit. I am being so terrible about maintaining the blog. hmmm. what can I blame it on? too many amazing photos to choose from? too much fun and yummy food creating the perfect storm of lethargy and satisfaction? beautiful warm weather that is so pleasant to work in... we fly through all of our chores in record time leaving us exhausted and ravenous? amazing guests simultaneously entertaining, supporting, and hard working? i am not sure i can pin point it exactly. But mostly we have been having a most fantastic time, balancing work and fun and work. I do however apologize for the lack of written descriptions and juicy tidbits, all made up excuses aside. this is definitely a good winter in Florida. definitely.
